The Tecnosys Story
Nine years ago our founder, Jason Engelman, started what was essentially a one man IT problem solver with the emphasis on the Apple Mac. But, when word got out that Jason was providing personal, on-site support, the requests for help flooded in. Within a month Jason had added two new staff members and, in 2002, Tecnosys the company, was formed.
Today, some nine years later, Tecnosys, a Certified Apple Support facility, is now the complete network provider for on-site Apple Mac solutions in Australia.
From day one, the new team followed a strict formula for success based on three guiding principles.
Fast response times. Cutting edge knowledge firmly based on experience. And the strong belief that there is no such word as 'No' - a commitment to solve all IT problems.
At that time, support was fragmented, cumbersome and unreliable. Most IT companies only supported their own products and software. One company would look after workstations. Another would take care of the printers. Yet another would see to the router, the list went on and on.
Tecnosys was the first company to insist that when it took on a network, it took on the whole network period.
Once again, as the word spread that Tecnosys offered a complete service, Xserve, the Macs, the printers, the whole network, the phones didn't stop. Apple re-sellers starting calling for help with their clients. Clients started to refer Tecnosys. The rest is history.
Customers' needs drive everything we do at Tecnosys. That's why we have added internet, email and website hosting to a growing list of services. Our commitment to knowledge remains paramount. We require a minimum of three years Apple experience before any technician can begin working with us. The Tecnosys in-house training department keeps us ahead of developments as they evolve.
