Tecnosys is currently the market leader for providing support plans for Apple Mac based networks. We are currently supporting 200 Apple-based networks full-time with a variety of national support plans. Tecnosys provides nation-wide support solutions both on a casual and full-time basis. Per hour, per month or per department we have a solution that will fit within your requirements and budget.
Our support plans focus on the complete solution. We support Mac workstations and Apple server solutions as well as all technologies that connect with them. From the iPhone and iPads through to printers, and PC technologies we deliver one point of contact for all IT support.
Our support plans are customised for your individual requirements of your business. Examples of existing plans are support for Mac workstations and servers within a PC network, Help Desk and Remote Support across a national network and a complete solution for entire networks. We currently support networks ranging from 5 to 400 users.
