The on-site teams focus on support in Sydney and surrounds and currently deliver same day service for all issues logged before 11am.

On-Site Hardware are certified to repair all Apple workstations and servers and also work with all the main third party providers. We offer replacement workstations, routers, modems and switches, pre-configured to keep your network working. We work with all the major Hardware centres and our experienced professionals provide swift and accurate diagnosis.

The on-site network and peripherals team are familiar with your office. They know your network so they can jump straight in to get your issues sorted. Once resolved, the important questions are not only what happened,but why. Their responsibility is to access what can be done and then to eliminate reoccurrence. They also assist with network recommendations, training and fault finding. Plus all our services come with a 12 month price guarantee. Network settings and updated information are uploaded to our database for future reference.

On-Site Server Support concentrates on XServe, XServe RAID and XSan. We specialise in Apple Mac OS X Server support working with Apple Mac OS X Server through to 10.7 (current). We support all Apple XServes and XServe RAID and are an Apple XSan certified provider. We also provide support with Windows Terminal Services and Promise Vtrak RAID. We work within our current ICT standards and our role is in the security and safe retrieval of all data as well as dealing with data and network critical systems. Our teams are dispatched daily across Sydney and we work with the Help Desk to provide instant priority support.
